Reinforced Teacher Training
Revolutionising Traditional Classrooms: From Teacher-Centric to Learner-Centric
Our Reinforced Teacher Training (RTT) program began its journey in Ladakh, building capacity among English language teachers across seven zones. Through contextual training, mentorship, and collaboration with local institutions, RTT has helped transform some of India's most geographically remote schools into hubs of active, inspired learning.

Across Ladakh, Zone by Zone
The RTT program was implemented across six educational zones of Ladakh — Nubra, Khaltse, Nyoma, Durbuk, Leh-Chuchot, and Kharu — delivering context-specific, skill-based training to teachers in even the most remote classrooms.

The Six Pillars of RTT
Pedagogical Refinement Program
Rooted in both theoretical insight and practical classroom application, the program empowers educators with proven strategies to teach more effectively, assess meaningfully, and reflect critically on their own teaching practice. From mastering second language acquisition to delivering focused feedback and planning impactful lessons, participants evolve into more confident, intentional, and student-responsive educators.
