Reinforced Teacher Training

Revolutionising Traditional Classrooms: From Teacher-Centric to Learner-Centric

Our Reinforced Teacher Training (RTT) program began its journey in Ladakh, building capacity among English language teachers across seven zones. Through contextual training, mentorship, and collaboration with local institutions, RTT has helped transform some of India's most geographically remote schools into hubs of active, inspired learning.

From mastering second language acquisition to delivering focused feedback and planning impactful lessons, participants evolve into more confident, intentional, and student-responsive educators.
