Passionate about teaching, Dr. Neepa has extensively worked with rural and tribal children in facilitating their learning in English and Mathematics. She headed the project, “Teaching English to Tribal Children of Gujarat” which was funded by the Tribal Department of Gujarat Government. She has worked with more than 35 tribal schools’ language teachers and students to bring about a positive change in the pedagogy of English teachers and attitudes of students towards foreign language learning.
She has previously worked as an educational administrator and counsellor at Shri Swaminarayan Gurukul, Bhavnagar for more than 5 years.
With the intention to impart soft skills along with language skills, Dr. Neepa has also conducted several soft skills seminars in communication at the Noble Group of Institutions, Junagadh for the aspiring Management and engineering graduates.
Apart from this, she signed an MOU with the “The Royal Wolverhampton Trust, NHS, UK to select, train and recruit Indian nurses for migration to England.
Taking her love for teaching English a step further, Dr. Neepa also runs a language institute in the name of “The Language Hub” at Bhavnagar and conducts teacher training to primary and higher secondary teachers of English on a regular basis.

She is an Integral practioner who brings together East and West approaches to development, spiritual integration and development. Preeti works with Integral Yoga and Buddhism bringing together a toolkit of Polarity Thinking, Zen, Coaching, Gestalt, Positive and Constructive Developmental Psychology.
She also uses Past Life Therapy for personal and professional exploration of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual facets of human consciousness.
Her further studies include Adult Development and The Science of Coaching Psychology, Positive Psychology at Harvard University, and Ego Development Theory (Leadership Maturity Coaching) at Center for Leadership Maturity, USA. She holds an Advanced Practitioner Certification in the Polarity Approach for Continuity and Transformation and is also a Zen and Integral Yoga practitioner. Her career experience of over 30 years spans several industries and sectors with a focus on education and professional development for teachers. She managed the Pearson Examining Board – Edexcel and Learning Solutions for the APAC region. Her focus has been to integrate academic knowledge with behavioral capacities to build wholesomeness in education.
